Sandwich served: February 21, 2012
In honor of Mardi Gras I made the Louisiana Muffuletta! I’d never heard of this sandwich before and frankly I’m not sure which is the correct way to spell it… but let’s be serious, how can you go wrong with a whole bunch of meat and cheese?
We made sure to make it the authentic way, on a monstrous loaf of bread round cut into smaller sandwiches. An entire week of lunch meat and cheese went onto this one loaf of bread.
